Arumia Hayles

Arumia Hayles is a versatile professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Learning Specialist at Mercury NZ since February 2023, Arumia has also held positions such as Bill Data Specialist and Payment Solutions Specialist within the same company. Prior experience includes working as a Recruitment Coordinator at NZ Police from September 2021 to February 2023, and in customer experience roles at Trustpower from September 2020 to September 2021. Arumia's earlier career involved media coordination and classified sales at NZME. from August 2014 to April 2020, as well as experience as a Certified Personal Trainer from October 2016 to April 2018. Arumia began the professional journey working in a national call center at The Radio Network from October 2013 to August 2014. Arumia holds a Bachelor's Degree in Education (Teaching Primary) from Bethlehem Tertiary Institute, completed between 2009 and 2012.
