Jo Tanner

Jo Tanner possesses extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, with a career spanning over two decades across various industries. Currently serving as the Acting GM People Experience and previously in multiple HR leadership roles at Mercury NZ since September 2019, Jo has also held prominent positions at McDonald's Restaurants (NZ) Ltd, James Hardie NZ Ltd, and Axa Insurance plc, among others. A strong background in generalist HR functions, change management, and people strategy implementation complements a BSocSci Honours degree in HR and psychology from The University of Waikato.
