Michaela Chilton possesses extensive experience in brand strategy and marketing, currently serving as the Head of Brand Strategy & Experience at Mercury NZ since September 2018. Previous roles at Mercury NZ include Brand Strategy and Engagement Manager, Acting Head of Brand and Marketing (during a secondment), Marketing Manager - Brand & Engagement, Senior Campaign Manager, and Brand Activation Manager. Prior to Mercury NZ, Michaela worked as Customer and Brand Experience Manager at Burger Burger from 2016 to 2018 and held various positions at SPUR - Sponsorship and Brand Experiences, Libra Yachting, Master Yachts, and the Ministry of Social Development. Michaela holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Psychology from Massey University and has completed a Mini MBA in Marketing with Mark Ritson and additional training from The Marketing Association.
