Rhys Ward is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in technology delivery and support roles. Currently serving as a Technology Delivery Engineer at Mercury NZ since October 2022, Rhys has cultivated a solid background at Trustpower, where employment spans from May 2008 with roles including Technology Delivery Technician, Service Desk Analyst, and secondment as Service Desk Team Leader. Prior to Trustpower, Rhys worked as a Software Support Analyst at Vision Software and held various positions at The National Bank of New Zealand, including System Engineer and Help Desk Analyst.
