Richard Carlson

Richard Carlson is a proficient Service Desk Analyst currently with Mercury NZ since June 2023. Previously, Richard served as a Managed Services Engineer and IT Support Technician at Xuba from July 2019 to June 2023. Richard's experience also includes a tenure as a Customer Experience Representative at Livestock Improvement Corporation (LIC) in 2018.
