Calyx Johnson

Calyx Johnson is an experienced IT professional with a solid background in service desk support and technical assistance. Currently serving as a Service Desk Analyst at VCPI since May 2016, Calyx previously held positions as a Production Technician at Dedicated Computing for a brief period and as an IT Specialist at Wheels Now Inc, where responsibilities included managing and updating wheel data in QuickBooks and Microsoft SQL Server databases and addressing hardware, software, and network issues. Calyx holds an Associate's degree in Computer Networking Systems from ITT Technical Institute, earned between 2009 and 2011.
