Shelby Wilson

Shelby Wilson is an Adaptive Consultant at Mercury NZ, where Shelby engages with business leaders and teams to explore ways of working, culture, governance, and structures to respond quickly to change in less predictable environments. Shelby has a background in learning and development, project management, and educational support services, with experience at companies like Trustpower, Melbourne Business School, and College of Law. Shelby holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Arts in Management, Employment Relations, and Organisational Studies from The University of Auckland, as well as a Certificate in Designing and Facilitating E-learning from Open Polytechnic of New Zealand and is currently pursuing a Master of Education in Adult Education from The University of Waikato.
