Adam Capes

Adam Capes has extensive work experience in various roles in the technology and software development industry. Adam started their career as a Software Engineer at International Business Machines in 1997. Adam then worked at The Vanguard Group, where they held multiple positions such as Software Engineer, Technical Architect, Technical Lead, and Project Manager/QA Lead. In 2008, Adam joined Allscripts as an Expert Quality Engineer - QA Lead, and later became a Manager of Development. In 2014, they moved to SciQuest as a Product Development Manager and then became a Senior Product Development Manager. Adam joined IBM in 2016 as a Senior Product Development Manager, and in 2019, they transitioned to their current role as Vice President of Development at MercuryGate International.

Adam Capes completed their education with a Bachelor of Music degree in Music and Computer Science from DePauw University, where they attended from 1991-1995. Adam then pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Science at Clemson University from 1995-1996.
