Tyler Ruffin

Tyler Ruffin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product education, documentation, and software release management. Currently serving as Manager of Product Education and Documentation at MercuryGate International since July 2022, Tyler previously held the role of Release Manager at OEConnection from May 2021 to July 2022, where responsibilities included pioneering the release management process. Prior to that, Tyler was a Quality Assurance Manager during the transition following the acquisition of SmartCo Services by OEC. Tyler's career began at SmartCo Services LLC and SmartCo Consulting and Training LLC, where as Director of IT Operations, management of two project teams was key. Tyler also held roles in Development Operations and completed internships in corporate marketing. Tyler earned a Master's Degree in Professional Writing from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature Honors from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
