Jonathan Casteel

Jonathan Casteel has over a decade of experience in the coffee industry. Jonathan served as the President of Operations at Mercurys Coffee Co. since May 2016, where they focused on providing excellent customer service and top-quality food and drinks. Prior to that, they were the Director of Operations at Innovative Beverage Concepts, Inc. from August 2005 to May 2016. In this role, they managed a team to ensure customer service, order fulfillment, sales, and marketing relations were handled efficiently.

Jonathan Casteel began their education at San Clemente High School, where they pursued a General Education degree. Jonathan attended this school from 1998 to 2002. After completing their high school education, Jonathan enrolled at Saddleback College from 2002 to 2004. During this time, they pursued an Associate of Arts degree in Business Management.
