Mercy Care
Lauren Tomchak is a seasoned professional in child and family services with extensive experience in case management and program coordination. Currently serving as the Children's System of Care Coordinator at Mercy Care since July 2016, Lauren previously held the position of High Needs Program Supervisor at Touchstone Health Services from September 2015 to July 2016. Prior experience includes serving as the High Needs Case Management Supervisor at Quality Care Network from April 2008 to September 2015, and as an Intensive Case Manager at Jewish Family & Children's Services from July 2005 to April 2008. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Arizona State University, earned between 2000 and 2006.
Mercy Care
Mercy Care is a not-for-profit health plan serving AHCCCS members throughout Arizona. Owned by Dignity Health and Ascension Health, Mercy Care has served Medicaid members since 1985. Mercy Care provides access to health care services for families, children, seniors, and people with physical and developmental/cognitive disabilities. Mercy Care also operates as the Regional Behavioral Health Authority (RBHA) in Maricopa County, which was the first RBHA in Arizona to offer integrated physical and behavioral health services to persons determined to have a serious mental illness.
