Mercy Care
Lindsey Zieder serves as the Children’s System of Care DDD Manager at Mercy Care, overseeing the integration of physical and behavioral health services for children with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. With a focus on quality management and program development, Lindsey has been instrumental in leading statewide initiatives since March 2017. Additionally, Lindsey holds positions as Vice Chairman of the Board for the Trauma Informed Approach Collaborative Council and a board member for the Phoenix Police Department Cross Disabilities. Previous roles include Special Projects Manager at Mercy Care, Children’s System of Care Coordinator, and various positions within Southwest Network and Arizona Youth and Family Services. Lindsey obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Arizona State University in 2009.
Mercy Care
Mercy Care is a not-for-profit health plan serving AHCCCS members throughout Arizona. Owned by Dignity Health and Ascension Health, Mercy Care has served Medicaid members since 1985. Mercy Care provides access to health care services for families, children, seniors, and people with physical and developmental/cognitive disabilities. Mercy Care also operates as the Regional Behavioral Health Authority (RBHA) in Maricopa County, which was the first RBHA in Arizona to offer integrated physical and behavioral health services to persons determined to have a serious mental illness.
