Daniel E. Harris

Daniel E. Harris is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in leadership development, education, and military command. As the Founder and CEO of Muddy Boots Leadership, LLC, since January 2019, Daniel specializes in transforming managers into effective leaders. Concurrently, as an Adjunct Professor of Organizational Leadership at Mercy College, Daniel teaches online classes to graduate students pursuing a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership. Daniel's military career includes notable positions such as Commander of the New York City Region Counter Drug Task Force and Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army and Army National Guard, earning prestigious awards including the Joint Service Commendation Medal and the United States Army Bronze Star Medal. Daniel holds a Master's degree in Business with a focus on Organizational Leadership from Mercy University and dual Bachelor's degrees in History and General Studies from The City University of New York and Columbia University, respectively.
