Joseph Jacob Jr.

Joseph Jacob Jr., MBA, M.S. has extensive experience in information technology and analytics. Joseph most recently served as the Director of Analytics at Mercy College, where they provided technology leadership in the area of analytics and was responsible for data engineering and automating reporting processes. Prior to that, Joseph served as the Director of Information Technology at The College of New Rochelle, where they managed IT operations, implemented cloud-based ticketing systems, and developed and improved processes. Joseph also worked at Oldcastle as a Systems & Applications Administrator and Help Desk Manager, where they were responsible for maintaining and upgrading company systems and leading the help desk team. Earlier in their career, Joseph worked as an Information Technology Help Desk Technician at Tilcon New York Inc. and as a Quality Assurance Engineer at NetDeposit (Zions Bancorporation). Through their various roles, Joseph has demonstrated their expertise in IT operations, project management, process improvement, and implementing new technologies.

Joseph Jacob Jr., MBA, M.S. completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Mathematics and Computer Science at Purchase College, SUNY in 2014. Joseph then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Managerial Analytics at Mercy University, which they completed in 2018. Joseph furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Science (MS) degree in Business Analytics from Mercy University, which they completed in 2022.
