Mariana Ayerbe

Mariana Ayerbe is an experienced professional in career development and education, currently serving as Deputy Director at Mercy University since January 2014, where responsibilities include managing an online learning platform for 140 classes and 1,500 students, as well as spearheading the EPIC strategic initiative. Previously, Mariana held the position of Associate Director of the Career and Professional Development Center, where innovative career development programs were designed and delivered, and student career outcomes were analyzed. Prior experience includes serving as Associate Director and Business Career Advisor at Monroe College, supporting career advancement for students and alumni, and working as an Investment Banking Associate Recruiter at Merrill Lynch, where recruiting strategies were developed for top business schools. Mariana holds a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from New York University, along with additional certifications in career planning and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Pace University.
