Tom Simmonds

Tom Simmonds is an accomplished facilities and operations professional with extensive experience in higher education administration. Currently serving as Vice President for Operations and Facilities and Executive Director of Facilities & Operations at Mercy College since May 2013, Tom has previously held significant roles at the State University of New York at Oswego, where Tom worked as Associate VP for Facilities from June 2009 to April 2013 and directed Facilities Design and Construction from October 1999 to April 2009. Tom's educational background includes studies at Walter Panas High School and the State University College at Oswego.
