Beth also worked as an Editor at a Medical Journal and as a Production Manager at Regulations Management. Beth's career started as a Publisher for the Northern County News, where they gained valuable experience in writing, editing, and advertising sales.

Beth Rattray earned a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Indiana University Bloomington from 1983 to 1987. In 2018, they attended Belmont University and completed a program in Strategic Inbound Marketing. The following year, from 2018 to 2019, they pursued Leadership Essentials at Belmont University. In 2020, Beth attended Belmont University again, focusing on Leading Change.
