Adam Lilienthal has extensive experience in global business systems, product management, and supply chain optimization. Adam is currently working as the Director of Global Business Systems at Mercy Corps. Prior to that, they served as the Principal Product Manager at Farmer's Business Network, Inc. where they played a key role in developing and implementing e-commerce fulfillment and delivery solutions. Before that, Adam worked at Amazon for several years, holding positions such as Senior Product Manager, Senior Manager in International Supply Chain and Fulfillment Launch, and Product Manager in Vendor Operations and Logistics Transformation. Adam'sresponsibilities at Amazon included expanding retail operations to new countries, designing and launching fulfillment centers, and improving supply chain processes. Adam also worked at TBG and TechnoServe, where they focused on NGO finance operations, ERP implementation, and finance strategy. Additionally, they gained valuable experience through roles at GE, where they participated in the Information Management Leadership Program and worked as a SAP Launch Program Manager, and at Genworth Financial as an IT Project Management Intern. Prior to their professional career, Adam served as the Technology Director at Bike & Build, where they developed web-based tools and managed the company's operations.

Adam Lilienthal attended Virginia Tech from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Computer Science. In 2009, they also obtained the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from GE.
