Ashenafi Tadesse Tolosa

Ashenafi Tadesse Tolosa is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) across various organizations. Currently serving as the Monitoring, Results Measurement, and Learning Lead for the Regional Livestock Program at Mercy Corps since October 2020, Ashenafi is responsible for establishing and enhancing the MEL system, utilizing various tools and data collection processes. Previously, Ashenafi held the position of MEL Manager at WEEMA International, overseeing planning, monitoring, evaluating, and reporting for all programs. From June 2012 to 2018, Ashenafi worked as a Program Officer at World Vision, facilitating activities, developing strategies, and preparing reports. With a strong educational background that includes a Master's degree in Development Studies from Mekelle University, a Master's in Psychology, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Education from Addis Ababa University, Ashenafi brings a solid foundation to the field of development and program management.
