Collen Shoko

Collen Shoko is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and leadership within humanitarian and development sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Programme Manager and Head of Office for Mercy Corps since December 2018, Collen oversees team leadership and talent development at the provincial level while fostering strong relationships across project teams. Previous roles at Mercy Corps include Country Representative and Deputy Country Representative, where significant contributions were made in developing and implementing country program strategies. Furthermore, Collen has held various managerial positions at Plan International and the Zimbabwe/EU Microprojects Programme, focusing on program delivery, budget management, and project design across health, education, rural development, and agricultural sectors. Educational qualifications include an Executive Master in Peace and Governance, a Master of Science in Strategic Management, and multiple degrees in agriculture, business administration, and management.
