Elizabeth Blythe

Elizabeth Blythe holds a Master of Science in Foreign Service with a concentration in International Development from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and French from the University of San Diego. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Mercy Corps, Elizabeth oversees the Africa program portfolio, which spans 17 countries and includes various funding sources such as USAID and the World Bank. Elizabeth's past roles encompass significant experience with Chemonics International, where management of USAID-funded projects occurred, and multiple internships and teaching assistantships that enhanced skills in gender analysis, project administration, and educational support. With a solid background in development and program management, Elizabeth has demonstrated expertise in managing complex international programs and fostering donor relationships.
