Fonda Sanchez

Fonda Sanchez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research, evaluation, and program management focused on resilience and support for vulnerable communities. Currently serving as the MEL Program Manager for Mercy Corps' Caribbean Resilience Initiative, Fonda previously held the position of MEL Officer within the same initiative. Fonda's background includes significant roles at the Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization as a Research & Evaluation Specialist, where responsibilities encompassed training staff, preparing evaluation reports, and facilitating community assessments. Earlier experience includes serving as a Crisis Services Coordinator and International Case Manager for Pathways to Safety International, advocating for survivors of domestic violence and coordinating case management.
