Leonard Ndichu

Leonard Ndichu serves as the Global Supply Chain Systems Director at Mercy Corps since July 2022, overseeing the global supply chain systems roadmap that includes procurement, assets, fleet, and warehousing. Notable achievements include the global rollout of SAP Ariba and the implementation of the Tracpoint fleet system. Previously, as S2P Project Director, Leonard directed the deployment of supply chain systems across over 30 country offices. Leonard's experience at Save the Children International involved leading the rollout of SAP Ariba during peak COVID-19 restrictions and developing long-term support models for S2P systems. Earlier roles include project management at Diageo and East African Breweries Ltd, with a strong focus on process improvement and system efficiencies. Leonard holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Finance from The Catholic University of Eastern Africa and an ACCA qualification from Strathmore Business School.
