Mia El Husseini

Mia El Husseini is a skilled professional with extensive experience in crisis analytics and monitoring, evaluation, and learning within humanitarian contexts. Currently serving as the Senior Coordinator for the Lebanon Crisis Analytics Team at Mercy Corps since March 2023, Mia previously held the position of Crisis Analyst and Monitoring Evaluation and Learning Officer at the same organization. Mia's career began with an internship at the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA) in 2017. Educationally, Mia holds a Master's degree in International Peace and Security from King's College London and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science/International Affairs, along with a minor in Legal Studies, from Lebanese American University. High school education was completed at Jesus and Mary School, focusing on Sociology and Economics.
