Scott Onder

Scott Onder has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Scott started their career in 2010 at Mercy Corps, where they held the positions of Chief Investment Officer and President & CEO of Mercy Corps Development Holdings. In these roles, they focused on investment and development initiatives. In the same year, they also co-founded Mercy Corps Ventures, where they served as the Senior Managing Director and played a key role in venture investing in high-impact startups.

Throughout their career, Scott Onder has been involved in various investment initiatives. Scott has served as an investor in Goldfinch, Wasoko, Topl, PULA, Open Forest Protocol, Powered By People (PBP), and Ejara. In 2022, they joined CIFAR Alliance as an Alliance Member and Co-Chair of the Climate Investment Working Group.
