Rob Brinkerhoff is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as VP and Chief People Officer at Mercyhealth, Rob has previously held significant positions such as Principal at HealthHRx, National Managing Director of the Healthcare Practice at Gallagher, and Chief Human Resources Officer at Prisma Health, along with serving as CHRO and System Vice President of Human Resources at Palmetto Health. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Florida State University and has further education from the University of Central Florida. Rob is certified with SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CCP, and CBP credentials.
