Susan J. Lewis

Susan J. Lewis is an experienced pharmacist and educator, currently serving as an Associate Professor and Clinical Pharmacist at The University of Findlay College of Pharmacy and Mercy Health - St. Anne Hospital, respectively, since August and September 2016. Previously, Susan held the positions of Adjunct Clinical Instructor and Critical Care Nephrology Research Fellow at the University of Michigan College of Pharmacy from August 2013 to April 2016, and completed a PGY 1 Pharmacy Residency at The University of Toledo from July 2012 to June 2013. Susan earned a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from The University of Toledo in 2012 and a Bachelor in Arts in Political Science from Ewha Womans University in 1999.
