John Southall M.D.

John Southall MD, MHCDS is a highly experienced medical professional with significant leadership roles in healthcare. Currently serving as the Vice President of Medical Affairs, Chief Medical Officer, and Chief of the Department at Northern Light Mercy Hospital since November 2006, John Southall has played a pivotal role in the Department of Emergency Medicine. Previously, from 2002 to 2006, John Southall held the position of Associate Vice President and Attending Physician at Maine Medical Center, where responsibilities included serving as the Resident Research Director. John Southall holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons, a Master of Health Care Delivery Science from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, and a Bachelor of Arts from Colby College.
