Kelly Bickmore

Kelly Bickmore is an accomplished leader in behavioral health with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as the Director of Behavioral Health at Northern Light Mercy Hospital since February 2022, Bickmore previously held the position of Chief Clinical Officer at Tri-County Mental Health Services, and Clinical Coordinator for School and Community Based Services at Woodfords Family Services. Bickmore's career includes significant leadership roles such as Director of Mental Health Services at COR Health Services, Executive Director at KEPRO, and Operations Director at APS Healthcare. With a background in managing multi-million dollar budgets and enhancing client satisfaction within behavioral health programs, Bickmore possesses a strong foundation in mental health coordination, clinical program management, and utilization review.
