Dee Walsh

Dee Walsh is the current Chief Operating Officer at Mercy Housing. Dee has also previously worked as the Chief Operating Officer at the Network for Oregon Affordable Housing and as the Executive Vice President for Network and Corporate Affairs at Housing Partnership Network.

Walsh has been responsible for directing the implementation of the strategic plan, managing staff, raising capital, and overseeing operations of a statewide, nonprofit community development financial institution that provides capital to developers of affordable housing in Oregon. Dee has also organized and facilitated peer learning on strategy, capital, real estate development and policy; and, supported the International Housing Partnership, a collaborative of social housing organizations in the UK, Canada, Australia and the US.

Dee Walsh has a certificate in Achieving Excellence in Community Development from Harvard Kennedy School and a MUP in Urban Planning from University of Washington.

Dee Walsh works with Melissa Clayton - SVP, Portfolio Management, Jason Battista - President, Mercy Community Capital, and Cheryll O'Bryan - Chief Administrative Officer. Dee Walsh reports to Ismael Guerrero, President & CEO.
