At the Stupski Foundation, Parag was responsible for programmatic strategies and increasing diversity seven-fold - both in staff and consultants. Under their leadership, the team partnered with UCSF health system in two counties to scaffold early brain development for 13,000 infants, including 80% of infants from low-income families in Oakland by 2029. They also supported the coordination of NGO-school district navigation and university predictive analytic efforts for students of color at Bay Area educational institutions. These efforts will improve career outcomes for 42,000 BIPOC students by 2029.

In addition, Parag oversaw a community-driven equitable food security approach to weave together safety net programs (e.g., WIC, SNAP) with local food systems for 840,000 Bay Area individuals.

Parag Gupta received their MPP from Harvard Kennedy School in the field of social entrepreneurship, venture philanthropy, and political advocacy. Parag also holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Chicago in political science.
