Zubir Suhaimi is an experienced professional in human resources and administration, currently serving as the Head of Human Resource and Administration Services at MERCY Malaysia since March 2021. Prior to this, Zubir held the position of Head of Human Resource Operations at Kuwait Finance House (Malaysia) Berhad from October 2010 to March 2021. Zubir also worked as Senior General Manager of Human Resources at Lembaga Tabung Haji from July 2009 to June 2010 and as Senior Manager of Performance and Rewards at Proton from July 2008 to June 2009. Zubir holds an MBA in Management Information Systems from Claremont Graduate University and a BSc in Business Administration from USC Marshall School of Business.
