Caley Kratz

Caley Kratz has worked at Mercy Ridge since 2008, starting as a Fitness Manager and now holds the position of Director of Life Enrichment. Before joining Mercy Ridge, Kratz worked at Sunrise Senior Living as a Coordinator/Floor Director from 2006 to 2008.

Caley Kratz has a strong educational background in the field of psychology and gerontology. Caley completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Psychology from Alfred University, where they studied from 2003 to 2006.
