Kathy Carter

Kathy Carter serves as a Technical Administrator for Mercy Ships, working onboard the Africa Mercy hospital ship from February 2020 to August 2020 and currently contributing to the delivery team for the new hospital ship, the Global Mercy, in China. Prior to this role, Kathy was a Project Manager at ProCare, collaborating on psychological services projects from February 2017 to February 2020. Kathy's previous experience includes serving as Head of Product and Marketing at nib health funds from December 2012 to June 2016, Product Manager, Pricing Manager, and Operations Manager at Tower Insurance from November 2005 to November 2012, and Underwriting Manager at Southern Cross Health Society from June 2004 to October 2005. Kathy holds an MBA from Otago University, attained between 2003 and 2005, and has education from Vanier College in Quebec, Canada.
