Peter Harder

Peter Harder is an experienced leader with a strong background in executive management across various sectors, including not-for-profit, software development, and local government. As a current Volunteer & Change Maker at Mercy Ships since January 2024, Peter previously served as the Chief Executive Officer of Joii, a charity focusing on housing affordability and unemployment, from September 2020 to January 2024. Prior roles include Chief Executive Officer at easidai, where Peter led the development of AI-supported governance solutions, and Chief Executive Officer at Copper Coast Council, overseeing a sustainable coastal community. Additional experience includes leadership positions at West Coast Council, de Bruyn's Transport, and West Coast Transport. Peter holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the Australian Institute of Business and a Bachelor of Commerce from Deakin University.
