Tom Unger has a diverse background in human resources and operations, with experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Change Manager at Mercy Ships, Tom previously held positions such as Operations Transformation Specialist at ASB Bank, Senior Consultant at EY, and HR Business Partner - Employee Relations at South Western Railway. Early career roles include Employee Relations Assistant and HR Administrator at South Western Railway and Oranga Tamariki—Ministry for Children, respectively. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Commerce degree in Psychology and Human Resources and Industrial Relations from Victoria University of Wellington, obtained from 2013 to 2017, and is a graduate of Christchurch Boys' High School (2008-2012).
