April Martin

April Martin is an accomplished professional in health information services and education, currently serving as the Director of Health Information Services at SoutheastHEALTH since January 2015. April also holds a position as an Adjunct Professor at Lewis University and has previously contributed as adjunct faculty at Stephens College and the University of Maryland Global Campus. With a rich background in health information management, April has held roles such as HIT/MIS Program Director at Baker College and various academic positions at the University of Cincinnati. Prior to these roles, April was the President & CEO of QID TRANSCRIPTION and worked at the University of Michigan Health System. April's educational achievements include a Doctor of Business Administration from Baker College Center for Graduate Studies and a Master's in Strategic Leadership from Stephens College, along with a Bachelor's in Health Information Management from the University of Cincinnati and associate degrees in Health Information Technology and Medical Transcription.
