Tom Nieters

Tom Nieters possesses extensive experience in healthcare IT, specializing in EPIC systems. Currently serving as the Lead Revenue Business Solutions Analyst at Mercy since September 2015, Tom is EPIC Grand Central, Prelude, and Eligibility certified, focusing on supporting existing Mercy facilities and implementing new commercial customers. Previously, Tom held the position of Assistant Director of Implementation at SLUCare from January 2011 to September 2015, overseeing the integration of EpicCare across all physician practices at SLU University. Tom's career in health IT began as an EPIC Application Coordinator at Sisters of Mercy Health System from April 2009 to January 2011, holding EPIC ADT certification. Tom holds a BS in Marketing/Management from Missouri State University, completed in 1991, and graduated from St. Mary's High School in 1988.
