In this role, Luz oversees daily operations for Southern California Local Teams, focusing on delivering exceptional care to guests and homeowner clients while enhancing efficiencies and implementing best practices. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Homeowner Experience at Oranj Palm Vacation Homes by Palm Springs Rental Agency, where Luz built long-lasting partnerships with over 200 homeowners. Previous roles also feature a Front Desk Supervisor position and customer service responsibilities at Bedrosian Tile. Luz holds an Associate of Arts degree in Digital Design and Production from College of the Desert.
