Andrea Gardner

Andrea Gardner, MBA, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience. Andrea is currently working as the Director of Operations at MeredithCPAs since January 2024. Prior to that, from November 2015 to December 2023, they worked as the Director of Operations at Hext Financial Group, LLC. From February 2014 to November 2015, they served as an Executive Assistant at Locke Lord LLP, where they supported the Chief Operating Officer and managed various administrative tasks. In addition, they worked as a Recruiter at Locke Lord LLP from July 2013 to February 2014, where they were involved in lateral recruiting and onboarding processes. Andrea also has experience in recruiting and account management as an Account Recruiting Manager and Engineering Recruiter at Aerotek from January 2013 to June 2013 and from July 2011 to December 2012 respectively. Andrea started their career as a Marketing and Event Intern at Plymouth Whalers from January 2011 to April 2011, where they gained experience in sports marketing and event coordination.

Andrea Gardner holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources from the University of North Texas. Andrea completed this program from 2020 to 2022. Prior to their MBA, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing from Eastern Michigan University, which they completed from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, they have obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in June 2020.
