Eric Federico

Eric Federico is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology operations and business intelligence. Currently serving as the Manager of Tech Ops Support/Procurement at MERGE since October 2018, Eric oversees Desktop Support Specialists and ensures they are equipped for success. Previously, Eric worked as a Business Intelligence Analyst at the same company, where responsibilities included organizing software stacks, managing budgets, and overseeing data governance. Prior experience includes roles as a Desktop Support Specialist and Information Technology Assistant at The Sandbox Agency, where Eric improved response times and facilitated onboarding for employees. Eric began his career as an intern at TNG Networks, managing a Help Desk for a major advertising agency. In terms of education, Eric holds an MBA in Business Analytics from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a B.S. in Atmospheric Sciences and Meteorology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
