Erica Holman

Erica Holman is an accomplished professional in the field of human resources and benefits management, currently serving as the Director of Total Rewards at MERGE. With a robust background, Erica has held significant roles at Mediaocean as Director of Benefits and Associate Director of Benefits and Wellness. Prior experience includes positions at NorthShore University HealthSystem as Program Manager for various benefits and wellness programs, as well as roles in benefits analysis and HR support at Benefit Express and Lakeshore Beverage. Erica earned a Bachelor of Business degree in Human Resource Management from Western Illinois University between 2003 and 2006.
