Prior to joining MERGE, Kara held various leadership roles at PARTNERS+simons from 2001 to January 2018, including VP, Account Director, Senior Brand Director, and Brand Director. Kara's earlier experience includes serving as Brand Manager at Holland Mark Advertising and Assistant Account Executive at Ingalls Advertising. Kara holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from Boston College.
