Pat has been with MERGE for 9 years and is currently the Chief Growth Officer and Life Science Practice Practice Lead. Pat has extensive experience building and executing commercial strategies as a client and began his career leading US Sales Training for Johnson & Johnson. He brings an MBA and over 25 years of marketing leadership experience to the agency having spent decades growing life science organizations in both biotech and medtech. Just prior to joining MERGE, Pat was Chief Commercial Officer for a global life sciences company and had responsibility for North America leading strategy while running sales, marketing, distribution and customer service. At MERGE, Pat helped lead and launch commercial strategies for Roche, Supernus Pharmaceuticals, Flexion Therapeutics, Momenta Pharmaceuticals, Boston Scientific, Medtronic, B. Braun and Cardinal Health among others.
