Tom Ambrose

Tom Ambrose is a partner at Black Bay Energy Capital, a private equity firm focused on high-growth companies in the North American energy and chemical sectors since February 2016. Ambrose serves on various boards including Winston Rhea Scholars, which supports foster youth transitioning to adulthood; Clean Chemistry, which addresses water treatment and microbial control issues; and Merichem Technologies, a provider of sulfur treating solutions. Other board affiliations include Allied Petrochemical, ADS Services LLC, Piñon Midstream LLC, and NEXGEN Chemical Technologies. Ambrose has a BSM in Finance and Economics with an Energy Specialization from Tulane University, along with experience studying at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
