Miranda Wachilla is an experienced IT Support Specialist currently employed at Mericle Commercial Real Estate Services since September 2013. Previously, Miranda held roles at the Regional Hospital of Scranton and Dell, where responsibilities included user support, hardware and software deployment, and maintaining system accounts. Miranda's background includes significant experience in helpdesk operations, providing support to medical facilities, and managing IT equipment logistics.
