Mihir Shah

Mihir Shah has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Mihir currently holds the position of Inside Sales Director at Merida, where they have worked since January 2022. Prior to this, they served as an Inside Sales Manager and an Inside Sales Team Lead at the same company. From 2016 to 2020, Mihir was an Inside Sales / Project Manager at Merida.

Before joining Merida, Mihir worked as a Telesales representative at Grand Circle Corporation for a short period in 2015. Mihir also had significant experience in the hospitality industry, primarily at Hyatt Regency The Kilimanjaro. At Hyatt, they held the roles of Outlet Manager for Rouge and Level 8 outlets, where they demonstrated excellent leadership and customer service skills.

Additionally, Mihir has experience as a Manager at Duke of Gloucester, where they managed operations, logistics, and implemented marketing initiatives. Mihir also has a background in web design, serving as a Director at Afrosun Designs Ltd and a Web Designer at Fantasy Sports International. Mihir's early career also includes a role as a Technician at Acex Systems Limited and a Customer Service Manager at St. Moritz Financial Services Limited.

Mihir Shah began their education in 1986 at the International School of Tanganyika, where they completed their primary and secondary education. In 1999, they enrolled in the University of Toronto to pursue a degree in Computer Science, which they completed in 2002. Following that, in 2002, they attended CDI College to obtain a Web Design Diploma with a focus on web and graphic design. The following year, in 2003, Mihir returned to the University of Toronto and studied Cognitive Science and Artificial Intelligence.
