Alexandra Pringere

Alexandra Pringere is the Deputy Director of Human Resources at Meridiam since August 2022, where responsibilities include developing HR strategies aligned with the company's 10-year business plan, leading a team of nine, and implementing innovative HR practices to enhance the workplace culture. Prior to this role, Alexandra served as an Occasional Lecturer in Human Resources Management at ESSEC Business School, and held various positions in leading companies such as Graham Packaging, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Mazars, and Bentley Systems, accumulating extensive experience in talent management, performance management, and international mobility. Alexandra's education includes an Advanced Certificate in Coaching, Leadership and Change from ESSEC Business School, an MBA in Human Resources Management from Paris School of Business, and a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Université Paris Nanterre.
