Nick Phillips

Nick Phillips is an accomplished finance and investment professional with extensive experience in the infrastructure sector. Currently serving as Senior Investment Director at Meridiam since July 2018, Nick previously held the position of Investment Director. Prior roles include Partner at FP3C from August 2016 to June 2018, where specialized infrastructure solutions were provided, and Vice President at John Laing from October 2014 to July 2016, leading business development across multiple sectors. Nick's career also includes significant roles at Cintra from April 2008 to September 2014, where responsibilities spanned business and corporate development in Australia and Asia Pacific, as well as project management, finance analysis, and deal negotiation in North America. Earlier experiences include positions as Financial Analyst at Cohen Financial and Wells Fargo, where Nick worked on substantial debt and equity financing projects.
