Samuel Cooper

Samuel Cooper is currently the Director of Development Finance at Trinitas Ventures, where Samuel leads site selection process and oversees acquisition of development sites for student housing projects. With a background in GIS and Geography, Samuel has also worked as a Lecturer at Purdue University, an Adjunct Professor at IUPUI, a Market Research Analyst at Thompson Thrift Retail Group, and a GIS Technician at IUPUI and Simon Property Group. Throughout their various roles, Samuel has demonstrated strong research and analytical skills in the real estate and development industry.
